Pando & Co is proudly based in Saint-Jean-Port-Joli, Quebec. All our products are handmade, one by one, by our small, passionate team. From design to conception, to scent selection and manufacturing, everything is done locally in our workshop.

Our candles feature wooden wicks, which create a warm ambiance with a light crackle reminiscent of a wood fire.

To properly maintain your wooden wick:

• Before each use, ensure that the wick does not exceed 5 mm.
• If the flame is too high or flickers, extinguish the candle, let it cool, then carefully trim the wick.
• Remove any burnt wood residue to ensure optimal and safe combustion.

We use the most natural ingredients possible, healthy for your environment, your children, your pets, and yourself. Our products are free from harmful substances and are designed for the well-being of the whole family.

Yes! Our containers are designed to be reused or recycled. Once your candle is finished, clean the jar and give it a second life (pencil holder, plant, etc.). For locals, you can bring your container back to us for refilling at the next production.

Free delivery is available for all purchases of $50 or more (limited-time offer). Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 72 business hours, depending on your region and our carriers' availability.
